Florent Beusse Biography
Florent Beusse, born in 1969, began drawing at a very young age. As a teenager, he reproduced the heroes of their favorite comic books for his classmates. He studied art and communication with a Higher Diploma in Applied Arts obtained at the École Estienne in Paris.
Florent then moved to Mauritius where he managed the ATOBA advertising agency since 1995. In 2012, he illustrated Le Fracas des Mélopées – a collection of poems and short stories by Laurent Dubourg published by Éditions Pamplemousses.
In 2013, he co-published a travel diary with Frédéric Hubert Berlèque entitled “Madagascar en Deuche” and in 2014, he started the Regards Collection at VIZAVI Editions.
He successively published “Regards from Mauritius”, “Regards from Seychelles”, “Regards from Rodrigues” and “Regards sur La Réunion”.
Unfortunately, Florent has passed on.
